Hi, I'm

›Business Analyst_

I translate business needs into technical documentation that teams can build on.

Computer Engineering graduate from Universitas Diponegoro (Cum Laude), used to leading cross-functional teams, mapping business processes and writing system specifications — from stakeholder interviews to software people actually use.

01 — About me

I'm Zidane, a Computer Engineering graduate from Universitas Diponegoro with a 3.77 GPA (Cum Laude). My engineering background tells me how systems are built; leading projects taught me why they are needed in the first place.

At PT Cahaya Trans Utama I led the analysis and design of a fleet management system — from eliciting stakeholder needs and mapping processes to coordinating the web and mobile developers. At PT Lontong Opus Magnum I managed the production of 47 e-learning animation modules for PPSDM Migas with a 12-person team.

My approach is simple: listen carefully, document clearly, and make sure everyone — from management to developers — is reading the same map.

Business Analysis

Requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, business process mapping, gap analysis and user stories.

System Analysis & Design

UML, ERD, use cases, activity diagrams and functional specifications that developers can pick up right away.

Project Management

Agile (Scrum/Kanban), planning, progress monitoring, risk management and cross-functional coordination.

Documentation & Communication

BRDs, FSDs, reports, presentations and data visualisation for internal and external stakeholders.

02 — How I bridge

Scroll slowly: one business need becomes a model, a specification, and then an application. This example comes from a real Fleet Management System project.

1

Step 01

Listen

Needs are captured as they are, in the stakeholder's own words.

“We need to track every truck and driver at each checkpoint, manage delivery orders, and pull Excel reports without manual recaps.”

2

Step 02

Analyze

Key terms are sorted into entities, processes, outputs and the pain to remove.

Step 03

Model

Entities become an ERD; processes become a workflow you can test.

Step 04

Specify

User stories & acceptance criteria, traceable back to the original need.

Functional SpecificationFR-03

FR-03 · Checkpoint Tracking

User story

As a dispatcher, I want to see the checkpoint status of every DO in real time so that delays can be handled sooner.

Acceptance criteria

  • GIVEN a DO “On route”, WHEN the driver scans a checkpoint, THEN time & location are logged on the dashboard.
  • GIVEN a delay of more than 30 minutes, THEN the DO is automatically flagged “Delayed”.
  • The daily report can be exported to Excel in one click.
Priority: Must haveBR-02 → FR-03 → UAT-07

Step 05

Deliver

Developers build it, and stakeholders recognise their need on screen.

Business understands. Engineering understands. The project sets sail.
