Overview
As a vendor, PT Lontong Opus Magnum was trusted to produce e-learning video content for PPSDM Migas, the oil & gas human resources development centre under Indonesia's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. I owned the project as Project Manager, from needs analysis to handover.
Highly technical training material had to become animation that is easy to understand. I designed the production pipeline, split the work across 2 in-house creatives and 10 freelance video editors, and monitored progress so every module shipped on schedule and to standard.
