Overview
PT Cahaya Trans Utama needed an integrated system to replace scattered, manual operational records. As System Analyst and Team Lead I bridged management's needs and the development team: translating field workflows into system models, feature specifications and a measurable work plan.
The result was a company website plus a web-based operations system and a mobile app for drivers, complete with monitoring dashboards and Excel reports. I also managed stakeholder communication and legal documentation, including the HAKI (intellectual property) registration.
