Overview
Kronik Filmedia is a student film community in Semarang. Over two years in its Human Resource Development (PSDM) division I grew from a staff member designing recruitment and workshops into the head of the division, leading 12 members.
As head of PSDM I delegated and monitored 5 organisational development programmes, making sure each one ran through cross-division coordination and team performance reviews.
